EG acquires Lindbak Retail Systems

LindbakGruppen sold its subsidiary Lindbak Retail Systems to EG owned by Francisco Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in software companies.

OMV sells a part of OMV Norge to Gazprom OMV has agreed to sell 38.5% of OMV Norge to Gazprom
OMV Norge is an E&P company with production from the Norwegian fields Gullfaks, Gudrun, and Edvard Grieg, and had revenues of 6.3 bn NOK in 2015. Infima advised OMV on this transaction.

The transaction is pending regulatory approval.
Advent and Bain acquire Nets Holding EUR 2.3 bn Advent International, ATP and Bain Capital acquire 100% of the share capital of Nets Holding from the existing shareholders, a group of 186 primarily Danish and Norwegian banks.
Nets, headquartered in Copenhagen, is a leading Northern European provider of payments, information and digital identity solutions. Nets employs 2,600 employees in five countries (Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and Estonia) and connects banks, merchants and businesses through its network. In 2013, the company handled more than 6 billion card transactions supporting more than 33 million payment cards and over 500,000 merchants in the Nordics.

Infima was one of three financial advisors for the buyers, which included two of the world's largest PE firms Advent and Bain. Infima had a strong advisory team including former CEO in BBS, Ola Forberg and former CEO of EuroProcessing International, Johan Reinsli as sector experts.
Merger between Sparebanken Sør and Pluss NOK 100 bn in total assets Saving banks (Sparebankene) Sør and Pluss have signed an agreement to merge.
Infima initiated the process and was joint advisor until the signing of the memorandum. This merger is the largest bank merger in Norway since 2004.
Altor aquires Veolia Miljø and Veidekke Gjenvinning Altor aquires Veolia Miljø, the leading company in Norway within waste management. In addition Veidekke Gjenvinning, a large player in central eastern Norway, was acquired.
Veolia Miljø has a turnover of more than NOK 3.000 mill and has around 1.200 employees working within waste collection and recycling, metal recycling, and other services within industry, offshore, hazardeous waste, demolition and environmental cleaning. Veidekke Gjenvinning has a turnover of NOK 420 mill and around 170 employees. Altor is one of the leading private equity companies in the Nordic region and has €3.800 mill of committed capital under management in its three funds.
