NOK 587 million equity issue and EURO 25 million loan facility
Nordic Aqua Partners A/S raised new equity through a private placement to financial investors and secured a loan facility with Rabo bank and Exportfinans/GIEK.
The proceeds will be used to construct a land-based salmon farming facility in Ningbo, China. The facility will have a capacity of 8 000 tonnes/year in the first phase, which will be increased to 16 000 tonnes/year in the next phase. The long-term goal is to increase the capacity of the facility to 40 000 tonnes/year.
