We assist clients with the planning, structuring and execution of the sale of companies, shares or assets, including carve-outs, to maximize the price within the seller’s priorities. We prepare key documentation, manage the contact with potential buyers and provide negotiation support. We tailor the sales process to each client’s particular needs and situation.

We assist clients in finding merger partners and provide advice on process, structure, organization, negotiations and valuations. Infima has comprehensive financial and industrial experience related to mergers, which in reality are acquisitions between equal partners.
