During our internships, we have been given various work assignments, and worked closely with several teams. We have each been on a live project, as well as cooperated in a screening process of the recently listed companies at Euronext Oslo.

“I have been involved in a carve-out and gained insight on the sell-side. I have, among other things, taken part in work around evaluation, and created material to be used in connection with a carve-out.” - Andrea

“I have worked on an international merger between two tech-companies. The project has involved a lot of work setting the structure of the merged company, as well as an evaluation of the proper stock exchange to list the parent company.” - Albert



We have both had the opportunity to participate in meetings and listen to the management of the companies we have been working with. This has given us valuable insight and experience in handling challenging cases.

In addition to the projects, we have also enjoyed social events throughout the summer. Together with the team, we have, among others, played tennis and had different workshops.

We are both very happy about the internship so far and are eager to continue our work at Infima.
